I’m Deborah Vyborny, M.Ed., a former special education director, certified educational diagnostician, business woman, and neurodivergent parent with over three decades of leadership experience. I’ve been instrumental in opening/transforming 9 schools in 4 states, led over 1,000 IEP meetings, and served at the Director level, working directly with superintendents and school boards. Today through Deb Vyb Consulting, I help families, schools, and businesses create systems that bring out the best in neurodivergent minds-strategically, compassionately, and sustainably.

With over 1 in 31 eighth graders now being diagnosed as having Autism, and almost 20% of high school graduates receiving accommodations for Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD, cognitive or other learning differences, it is imperative that we support this growing population and the workforce that is welcoming them in. The current systems are not set up for Neurodivergency. In many cases, there are easy fixes. Let’s start setting both Companies and Individuals up for SUCCESS.
